Experienced Software Engineer - C++ and QT/QML

We are looking for an Experienced Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in C++ and QT/QML to join one of our passionate development teams. The team consists of about 3 experienced engineers and is responsible to build a full-stack in car app in the fintech sector, working with the proprietary development environment of a big car company.

Your daily business:

  • You are mainly responsible for the development within the in car app which is based on QT/QML, with a Golang component in the mix

  • Optimally you are also willing to take-over some backend tasks in Ruby on Rails

  • You develop and write clean and organized code with decent test-coverage

  • You are part of the decision making process regarding software architecture as well as engineering processes, break down requirements into workable tasks and take over responsibility for the delivery process

  • You align with different stakeholders as you work together closely with your team-members, QA and the customer

Your expertise and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in working with C++ and QT/QML

  • Ideally you have also worked with Golang, Ruby, GIT and Docker

  • Experience in fintech and automotive is an advantage

  • Hands-on mentality – you are enjoying development, refactoring, debugging, testing, and exploration

  • High quality awareness and very accurate and structured method

  • Open to learn new things and familiarizing yourself with unknown topics

  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English and optimally know some German as well
